1/2 (1-lb) pkg rainbow rotini, uncooked
1 c. chopped tomatoes
3/4 to 1 c. bottled Italian dressing, fat-free or other
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. bite-sized carrot slices
1/4 c. bite-sized red pepper slices
1 lg. (10 oz) can chicken or 1 c. bite-sized salami

Cook rotini as package directs. Drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add or delete vegetables according to taste. Mix well. Chill. stir before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
