1 lb. colored spiral pasta or tortellini
1 box of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 mozzarella and/or provolone cheese, cubed
1/4 c. grated cheese, adding more if needed
1 large carrot, peeled & grated
black olives, if desired
Italian seasoning dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta and drain. Put in bowl with a little water and refrigerate for at least an hour or two. Drain pasta and add all of the above ingredients. Mix well and serve.
