2 lbs. meat Tortellini
4 slices of Prosciutto, cut into pieces
Olive Oil
Butter
1 carton of heavy cream
2 eggs, egg yolk only
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute proscuitto in olive oil, set aside. In a separate bowl put in heavy cream and beat in thoroughly, the egg yolks. After Tortellini is done coat it with butter, simmering in a large skillet or pot. Add in Prosciutto, and cream mixture, add some grated cheese and saute for about 5 minutes. Serve Immediately.
