2 packages of thin cut boneless chicken cutlets
Garlic
Lemon juice
olive oil
Fresh leaf spinach
Sliced mozzarella
Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken cutlets in fresh garlic and fresh lemon juice in plastic bag over night. (Shake gently) Smear a dab of olive oil in baking pan. Place thin cut chicken cutlets in pan. Put a piece of fresh spinach, then mozzarella slice & a slice of tomato. Drizzle olive oil on top and add lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of the cutlets.
