1 c. red wine
1 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Italian seasoning (1/2 tsp. tyme, rosemary & marjoram)
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. coarsley ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the wine and oil together in a jar with a tightly fitted lid. Crush and chop the garlic with the salt until almost a paste. Add to the wine and oil along with remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and shake until all ingredients are well blended.

Good for beef or lamb. Let meat marinate for at least 3 hours before cooking, turning it several times in the marinade.
