Dry:
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Wet:
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. grated carrot (4 big)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in smaller bowl, combine wet and dry ingredients. Grease a square pan. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes or until center comes out clean.
