1/2 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. flour
1 1 lb. can sliced apples, unsweetened

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Add cheese and combine. It's O.K. to use your hands! Add flour and mix well. The batter will be stiff.

Place apples in buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Pat cheese mixture over apples, covering all.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
