Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese
Garlic cloves
Olive oil
Peppers, red and/or green

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with oil uintil moist. Cut peppers in half, legth wise. Discard seeds and membranes. Cook peppers, uncovered in boiling water 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well. Arrange pepper halves in a 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Fill each pepper with breadcrumb mixture. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
