1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/4 t garlic powder
1 1/4 t dried oregano
1 1/4 t dried basil
1 t black pepper
1 t salt
1 t onion powder
1 t Dijon-style mustard
2/3 c red wine vinegar

Mix all ingredients in a large container with a tight lid.

When making Greek salad, I make this dressing ahead and marinate the feta cheese and red onions right in the dressing for a few hours. Always a huge hit!
