3 qts popcorn in a brown bag
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup light karo syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredient in a microwave safe bowl except for the baking soda and the popcorn. Microwave 3-4 minutes on high. Stir after 2 minutes and after 4 minutes. microwave 2 more minutes and then stir in baking soda.
Pour caramel in bag- close and shake well. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes then shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes again and shake, then pour out on greased pan- separate with spoon
