Ingredients:  
4 c. water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 slices crystallized sugar
1 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine water, cinnamon, ginger, and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Boil 1 minute over medium heat. Remove pan from heat; let steep 5 minutes. Stir in coffee until dissolved. Strain. Serve immediately with or without milk. Serves 4. 15 calories per serving.
