1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 lb. ground beef
3 ½ c. spaghetti sauce
1 large tin sliced mushrooms
½ c. water
1 tsp. oregano
2 ¼ c. yogurt
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
300 gm. lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add meat and brown. Remove excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning, mushrooms, water, and oregano. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.

Combine yogurt, parmesan cheese, egg, oil and salt. Place ingredients in 9x13 baking dish in this order: Sauce/noodles/sauce/noodles/yogurt/noodles/sauce/cheese. Cover with foil and bake 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes. Serves 8
