3 lb. chicken
2 tbsp.. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tbsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into serving pieces and rub with salt and pepper. Sauté in frying pan in a little oil. Remove chicken from pan. Sauté onion and then add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Add chicken and braise, covered over low heat about 1 hour or until tender. Add water if needed.
