Pumpkin Bread Recipe

3 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 cup vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. raisins (optional)
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Sift all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make a well and add all wet ingredients. Add in walnuts and raisins if using. Mix until smooth. Pour batter into 9 by 5" greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
