1 - 15 oz. Brie cheese,
1/4 C. honey mustard (not stone ground)
1/2 C. toasted chopped pecans
3 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Trim top from Brie.
Place the trimmed Brie, trimmed side up, on a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap Brie.
Spread the mustard over the top of the Brie, Sprinkle with toasted pecans and bacon.
Bring the aluminum foil up and over the top and twist.
Bake the Brie at 325 for about 15 min. or until the Brie is thoroughly heated.
Serve with toasted baguette slices, or crackers.
