Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. sour cream
1 1/3 sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks with softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually. Pour in sour cream and blend well - not beating. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into a spring-form pan which has been lightly buttered and dusted with graham cracker crumbs, or a 13 x 9 x 2" pan lined with a graham cracker crust. Bake at 300º for about an hour or until set. Flavoring of your choice can be blended in before baking - but this cake stands on its own quite well without any flavoring.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is from my mother, Nancy Allen. This was her favorite cheesecake and mine too. Very much like NY cheesecake with no "adornments". But it can be topped off with fresh or canned fruit when served.
