1/2 lb. Boar's head maple ham in 1/8 inch slices,
1 fresh zucchini at least 8 inches long,
salt-free butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Boar's Head maple ham into 1/8 " slices for wrapping around zucchini.
Wash zucchini, cut off ends, cut crosswise into 3 sections, then cut each section into 4 lengths (12 sticks).
Cut ham slices in half, then wrap each zucchini stick with a 1/2 slice of ham.
Secure with toothpick if necessary.
In a skillet, in hot butter, sauté sticks on both sides until brown 3-5 min. Serve warm.
