8 dark chocolate Milky Way bars
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 ¼ cups buttermilk
½ tsp baking soda
2 ½ cups flour
2 tsp vanilla



Milky Way Icing:

2 ½ cups sugar
Small can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 cup marshmallow cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Melt the dark chocolate Milky Way bars (Midnight bars are best) with one stick of butter. Combine remaining cake ingredients to the melted Milky Way bars. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Icing:
Combine the first three icing ingredients (sugar, evaporated milk and butter) in saucepan. Bring to soft ball stage and remove from heat. Add the marshmallow cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Beat well and pour over cake.
