2 cups Bisquick
cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
cup sharp swiss cheese, diced
cup sharp cheddar cheese, diced fine
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk

Combine Bisquick, cheeses and poppy seeds in large bowl.
Add milk and egg, stirring just enough to blend.
Beat by hand for 1 minute (no mixer).
Pour into well-greased loaf pan up to inch from top.
Sprinkle top of batter with poppy seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack. Serve warm.
