1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 head broccoli
4 - 5 stalks celery
1 bunch green onions

1/2 pkg. frozen green peas
1 small jar pimentos, drained

DRESSING
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. ranch style dressing

Directions:
Directions:

Cut cauliflower, broccoli, celery and onions into bite size pieces. Separate peas and add along with pimentos. Mix and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
