1/2 Cup heavy cream, whipped
1/3 Cup A-1 Steak Sauce
3 Tbsp. Prepared Horseradish
1/4 Cup Scallions
2 Lb. Eye Round Roast
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend whipped cream, steak sauce, horseradish and scallions. Cover; chill until serving time. Season roast with salt and pepper. Place in roasting pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Thinly slice roast. Serve with horseradish sauce.
