1 lb. hot ground sausage,
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded,
3 C. dry biscuit mix
Directions:
Directions:
Heat cheese and sausage in a large sauce pan, stirring until cheese melts.
Stir in biscuit mix until smooth. Cool
Chill for 1 hr.., then form into quarter sized balls. Place on un-greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min. at 400 degrees. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
