1 box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Sift the cake mix and pudding together. Add all other ingredients, except the nuts, and mix well. Spray 10" tube pan with Pam. Sprinkle the pecans on the bottom of the pan. Pour cake batter over the nuts. Bake 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes at 325.
