1 1/2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
1 egg
6 T. pumpkin
2 T. melted butter
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Then fold wet mixture into dry ingredients. Heat buttered skillet over medium heat. Use cup batter per pancake, cooking 3 minutes per side.
