1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese,
1 small onion, grated,
a dash cayenne pepper,
1/2 C. chopped pecans,
1/4 C. mayonnaise,
1 C. strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Soften the grated cheese and mix with onion, and just enough mayonnaise to hold the mixture together.
Add nuts and pepper.
Use hands to shape into a ring and place on a serving tray.
Fill inside the ring with preserves. Serve with crackers.
