1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy 1 qt. saucepan over low heat, stir 1/3 c. evaporated milk, well beaten egg, powdered sugar, salt, and chocolate pieces until chocolate melts completely. Remove from heat, stir in remaining evaporated milk and vanilla. Freeze in ice cube tray with divider until firm.
