2 med. onions, diced,
2 Tbsp. butter,
2 small cans diced green chilies,
1 - 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes,
1/2 tsp. salt,
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated,
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté diced onions in butter until transparent.
Add green chilies, tomatoes, and salt.
Cook until thick.
Just before serving, add cheese.
Serve in hot chafing dish with tortilla chips to dip.
