Cream together:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
add to that:
3/4 cup corn starch
1 cup unsifted flour
1/2 tsp orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and chill for 1 hour - make dough into small balls and flatten -
bake at 350" for 15 mins.

Frosting:
2 tbls butter
1 cup powdered sugar
add orange juice to taste
