3# pork tenderloin
Marinade:
6 large cloves garlic
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup plus 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
dash cayenne, fresh ground pepper and pinch of salt

Blend marinade ingredients in blender. Place meat in large plastic bad. Add marinade and refrigerate 1-2 days turning bat occasionally. Bring to room temperature and grill 10-15 minutes per side.
