4 lbs. spare ribs- cut into serving pieces
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1cup ketchup
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
dash tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Brown spare ribs in a heavy pan and trasfer to casserole. Drain off fat, add 1/4 cup hot water to frying pan, Stir and scrape off brown particles, add to casserole, add chopped onion. Stir together sugar, mustard, paprika, salt, ketchup, vinegar, worchestershire sauce and water. Pour over spare ribs, cover. Bake at 350 F over for 1 hour. Remove cover 10 mins before finished.
