One package of boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Bottle of your favorite marinade.

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chicken under cold water, use a colander if available. Marinade for as little as 3 hours and as much as 24 hours. One hour prior to cooking, remove from the refrigerator and let stand. Just prior to grilling, place on skewers soaked in water. Grill over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Chicken should be firm to the touch; these are great for the kids, just watch out for the inevitable sword fight.

Serves 4.
