1 roll Jimmy Dean "Hot" sausage
2 pkg. cream cheese (softened)
2 cans Rotel original (drained)

Cook sausage in skillet. Drain oil. Add softened cream cheese and combine well. Then add the Rotel. Enjoy with tortilla chips, fritos, crackers, or anything similar.
