2 1/2 C Cooked Rice
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
1/2 C sugar
1 C Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and put in 1 1/2 to 2 qt casserole dish. Add sugar,
canned milk, regular milk, vanilla, rice, and raisins. Bake at 350º
for 45-50 minutes.
