dill fresco picadito
mantequilla
crema de leche

Directions:
Poner las papas bien lavadas y con cáscara a sancochar en poca agua, casi al vapor, hasta que estén listas y a punto de deshacerse.

Sacar del fuego y aplastarlas en la misma olla con un prensador vertical.

Agregar un buen trozo de mantequilla de buena calidad, sal, pimienta y crema de leche hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada.

Una vez listo, añadirle el dill fresco picado.

Queda muy rico para acompañar carnes y además es interesante, porque se come con las cáscaras.
