1 filete grande y grueso de salmón
1 cucharada de miel de abejas
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
1 cucharada de mostaza Dijón
aceite de oliva
½ taza de vino blanco seco
alcaparras

Directions:
Directions:
Lavar el filete entero, sobarlo con jugo de limón y luego secarlo. Untar con aceite de oliva y echarle sal y pimienta.

Por separado hacer una mezcla de 1 cucharada de miel de abejas, 1 cucharada de jugo de limón y 1 cucharada de mostaza Dijón. Mezclar y untar el pescado por ambos lados.

Colocarlo en una fuente refractaria y chorrearle un poquito de aceite de oliva encima. Echar alrededor del pescado ½ taza de vino blanco y llevar al horno precalentado de 350º F por 20 min. Entonces colocarlo bajo el broil con alcaparras encima hasta que dore por encima sin dejar que seque.
