1 baguette large package of goat cheese Herbs de Provence or dried herbs of your choice olive oil
Slice baguette into 1 inch rounds. Cover with 1-2 T of goat cheese. Sprinkle sparingly with Herbs de Provence (or dried herbs) and a little salt. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350º until cheese starts to brown.
