4 eggs
flour
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs in blender. Add milk to fill blender approx 1/2 full.
add flour and mix well until batter is thickened to consistency
of crepe mixture. (thinner than regular pancake batter). Heat
fry pan to med-hot and melt approx 1 T margarine. Then add
approx 1/2 c batter. Swirl pan so batter reaches sides of pan.
Cook until golden brown. Then flip and add more margarine.
When done golden, remove from pan. Sprinkle with sugar
and roll it up to eat. I use approx 1 to 11/2 cubes margarine
per batch.

These are great for holiday breakfasts or an easy supper for the
kids. This really takes too long to fry these on a regular morning.
