1 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
2 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 squares chocolate, melted
1 c. chocolate chips
Frost with Chocolate Satin Frosting
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and buttermilk with flour, baking powder and salt. Add melted chocolate and chocolate chips. Mix all ingredients together and drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake about 12 min. in 350º oven. Cool and frost.
