2 - 8 1/2 oz. Boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 Sticks butter, melted
4 Eggs, beaten
1 C Cottage Cheese
1 C Finely chopped onion (1 Medium size)
1 - 10 oz. Box Frozen chopped broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen broccoli, squeeze out excess water
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease 9 x 13 baking pan
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients
Spread in pan and bake until cake tester or inserted knife comes out clean and edges are lightly browned. About 35 to 35 minutes.
