3 table spoons flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup each chredded Swiss Cheese & Parmesan Cheese
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcesterchire
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour to make a paste, gradually add milk (cooking and stirring at the same time) then add the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
