1 large finely chopped onion
1/2 cup each chopped green bell pepper, and finely chopped parsley
3 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons mustard
Mornay Sauce
12 elbow cooked and drained macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir onion, green pepper, parsley, eggs and mustard into the Mornay Sauce. Stir in macaroni, then pour all into 2 qt casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
make 350 degrees 30 minutes
