4 slices dry bread
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Ramano cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in water for 2 -3 minutes. Squeeze out the moisture. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls and brown in 2 tbsp. hot oil. Add to sauce and simmer 30 minutes.
