1/3 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 green onions, minced
1 celery heart, minced
2 c. cleaned, cooked, deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients except shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over shrimp, toss lightly. Chill 2 hours. Serve on shredded lettuce.
