2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. lukewarm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the flour and baking powder. Add salt and vegetable oil to milk. Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry. Once combined, place on a floured surface and knead. Return to bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide into 8 balls. Re-cover for 20 minutes.

Roll out dough to slightly less than 1/4 inch thick. Place on a griddle until blistered.
