1/2 cup plain or flavored yogurt
1 or 2 tbsp. of any of the following; sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, peach slices or raisins
1 tbsp. of any of the following crunchy toppings; granola, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, cereal, peanuts, sunflower nuts or trail mix

Place yogurt in a small bowl and add fruit topping and crunchy topping and Enjoy!
