1 pkg mushrooms of choice.
1/2 stick butter.
1 teas crushed garlic.
1/4-1/2 cup of shaved gruyere.
1 teas flour.
1/4 cup 1/2 and 1/2.
1/4 cup red wine.

Directions:
Directions:
Brush mushrooms clean with cloth or brush. Saute in butter and garlic for 4 minutes. Add wine ,cook another 6 minutes in covered pan. Remove cover and cook until most of moisture is cooked out. Add flour and stir. Add 1/2 and 1/2 and cheese,cook until cheese is melted.
