31/2 c. flour
3c. sugar
2tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
walnuts, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, water, and pumpkin. Mix well. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Pour into 3 greased 8 X 4 loaf pans and top with additional nuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool before slicing.
