2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine banana, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir together flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Add to the banana mixture. Pour batter into greased 9 X 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
