3 English Muffins.
1-2 cans crabmeat.
1/2 cup mayonaise.
1 Teas lemon juice.
6 slices Swiss cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste.
Butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º


Toast muffins lightly. Mix all ingredients except butter and cheese. Butter muffins. Scoop crabmeat mixture on muffins and top with cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
