1 151/2 ounce can pineapple chunks
1 cup miniature marshmallows
3 oz. cream cheese cubed
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 Velveeta cheese grated
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, egg in sausepan, add pineapple juice. Cook over low heat until thickened. In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer pineapple, cream cheese, marshmallows. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
